Rocky Gap Lodge

Alleghany County, MD

The Situation:
This project, in a remote corner of the state, had an aggressive schedule, a very finite budget, and a union workforce. And, the hotel needed to remain open during construction while minimizing disruption to guests.

Cori managed the design-build addition and renovation project including 218 new hospitality rooms, conference center, lodge, ballroom, as well as a renovated spa and hospitality suites.

The Result:
Cori offered creative solutions to incorporate every element that the owner requested to the design, and the entire project was completed on schedule and on budget.

Homewood at Crumland Farms

Frederick, MD

The Situation:
This 28-acre continuing care retirement community needed to expand and remodel while still remaining a comfortable environment for its elderly residents.

Cori managed the expansion and remodeling of this community, including the 40,000-square-foot community center, healthcare center, 120 independent living apartments, 30 assisted living units, 60 dementia care units, and 60 skilled care units.

The Result:
Cori’s efforts enabled the site to remain clean, quiet, and safe—and the project was completed on time and within the budget.

Homewood at Plum Creek

Hanover, PA

Attune's Role:

The community consists of 400 residents, 60 nursing beds, 60 Alzheimer’s beds, 60 personal-care beds, 10 apartments, 90 cottages, recreation center, physical therapy center, administrative suites, multi-purpose spaces, lounges, offices, and food service facilities.

The Result:
The project met its multi-phased schedule and was within its budget.
