I wanted to take this opportunity to both thank and congratulate you on the Frederick News-Post project in the Frederick, MD area. It was sincerely a pleasure working with an Owner's representative that really cared in the final product being constructed, while maintaining a strong relationship with the Owner, Contractor and Architect throughout the project. The building itself is a true monument to the Frederick Area.
In addition, I would like to commend you personally for your strong, managerial attributes you brought to the project as the Owner's Representative. Your attention to maintaining schedule, project costs, relationships with the General Contractor, his subcontractors, and perhaps the most important aspect, relationships with the Owner, were clearly a result of your position on the project as an Owner's Representative. The assistance you provided with the many decisions that had to be made by the Owner resulted in the foundation for a great project, and also allowed for the project to be kept on schedule. As the Owner's Representative, your ability to assist in resolving issues when they arose, as they always do with any project, was key to the overall success of the project.
Also, as the Owner's Representative, your assistance in maintaining the flow of information and general communication between all parties was essential. With some of the vendors being under direct contract with the Owner, making sure that communication was maintained between all parties was critical, and certainly more difficult.
In closing, please accept our congratulations to the completion of this great project.
