Constructability Reviews
Attune provides constructability reviews which improves the effectiveness of a set of plans and specifications. Attune considers if the plans and specifications allow the contractor to perform the work in the most efficient manner possible and address any conflicts that may occur while delivering a high quality project. Attune has the knowledge of development, design and construction practices and the ability to make independent cost estimates of the work elements.
The goal is to eliminate all coordination problems prior to the start of construction. This is very important to minimize change orders and optimize field administration.
Plan review will consist of the following, but is not limited to:
- Provide one person to act as point of contact during duration of plan review.
- Review of construction plans.
- Identify any site conditions, drawing issues, coordination conflicts or other areas of potential delay or additional costs.
